Hello, I got problem with activation Endless Space 2 on Steam.


Yesterday, I want to claim free activation Endless Space 2 as the newcomer gift. I clicked "claim product" and I checked on my library and the game doesnt show up.

I tried claim my Endless Space 2 - Muck & Makers Update, and it showed up on my account.

Please help me. Thank you,

What you are trying to claim is Endless Space 1, not 2. And you already own the first one, judging by your badges.

Hello   @alfrendyebrian ,

Salterius is right, the reward is for Endless Space and Endless Space: Disharmony. If you already had them in your library before redeeming the reward, you won't see any changes :)
