After the last update, the descriptions of what the building gives after construction disappeared.

Previously, the building displayed how much industry, or happiness it gives.

That's something to do with the localization, it still shows correctly in English.

What game version are you using, and which localization is this? Also, is this from Game Pass?

The latest version of the game, without the prepatch. This is the Russian localization. Full version of the game with all DLC in steam.

Russian localization occasionally bugs out, I noticed it when having translators for my mods.
