Bug- Whenever I click the diplomacy instead of opening the Diplo screen the game freezes and becomes unresponsive in Mac

Discription- Whenever I click the diplomacy or even hotkey it the game freezes and then the mac waiting cursor appears and the game becomes unresponsive.

Reproducibility- 5/5 , I just bought the game two days ago.

Expectation- Access to the diplo screen seamlessly
