What: Riftborn visuals + honorbound afinity = no outpost actions to boost outpost growth. 

How to reproduce: Take the above options. Create an outpost. Reproducible. 

What 2: Honorbound without pirate hunters allows accessing pirate lairs, but then does not allow any diplomacy. 

How to reproduce: Get honourbound. Do NOT get the trait that blocks dimplomacy with pirates. Click on pirate lair. 

It appears the combination of honorbound with riftborn visuals precludes the player from using any outpost actions. See below. The cost did drop to 10 Keii once maxed, however. 

Also, I could click on the pirate lair, like anyone (didn't actually have an ability to prevent that), but then the options field was completely empty. 
I wonder if, should you somehow make it in there, you could still normally deal with pirates even with the faction trait to prevent that (pirate hunters or something?), and the options being gone is actually unique to the hissho? 

I'll test the combination hissho corsairs next week. Unless I forget.
