Description: After taking "The Joy Inititive" Hero skill, the game hangs-up when passing turns and save files fail to load, with error message: "A serious error has occurred. The game has failed ot start. If this issue occures again...". All occurances have been with a Sophon Counselor. Between turns 95-130.

Steps to Reproduce: Take "The Joy Inititive" Hero skill then pass turn. Force-quit and restart game. Attempt to load save.

Reproducibility: 4/5 - Was able to replicate on 3 back-to-back play throughs.

Expected Behavior: Skill applies, turns progress, and saves load when needed.
