Playing with the Hissho.

Once I hoover the mouse over the tech « Plasma metallurgy » (the one for the Hyperium), the next tooltips while hovering over the gains of technologies (around the technology circle) loose its line « effect ».

This line comes back when hovering over another technology.

Not all the benefits from technologies display this bug. I post a screen with some gains affected (all of those visible on my screen). Also every colonization is affected.
