I came back from a long hiatus and encountered that the turn won't progress unless all the space/ground battle reports are dismissed with right-click on the notification icon. I don't remember it works like that before. Usually, the turn will progress if all issues are solved or even if you don't, the game will auto-solve it for you.

I have the same issue and it exists in all MP games I've started. Also seen the return of infinite pending "In talks" AI turns. Lovely..
