I'm having a problem with Endless Space 2.  I switch between two display modes--Borderless Window and Window.  Borderless Window works properly--when I turn off Lock Cursor, the cursor will travel anywhere on any of my displays.  However, with Window mode, the Lock Cursor doesn't have any effect--it permanently traps the cursor inside the window regardless of the setting.
