[Bug Report] Modded Population Modifiers Broken

Modded Population Modifiers that worked before the patch no longer work. I've tried this with multiple mods that add population modifiers, none of them work. I repeat, this didn't happen before the last bugfix patch.

Description:

I believe this is the last two images. I tried selecting a modded population modifier trait (I have confirmed this works in game versions before the latest patch) that adds 2 science, and saved the custom faction. When I hovered over the custom faction in the faction selection screen, the trait was missing. When I tried opening the custom faction editor, it said I had no selected trait. When investigating the file of the custom faction, it was missing from there too.

I believe this is the first two images. I tried adding the trait manually via code to the Vaulters to see if it was an issue with custom factions, same thing happened. Game removed the trait, and it was not visible nor functioning in the game. 


Related Bug: Cravers Extreme Foremen is no longer selectable in custom factions. The same exact behavior happens when trying to save a faction with the trait.


Proposed Solution:

It's clear this is some issue with loading XML caused by Extreme Foremen. A solution that would make many modders happy and would not be much work (from what I've seen of the code) would be to add the ability to use prerequisites in population modifiers. This would allow any weird code-behind stuff to be safely edited, and allows more tools for modders.

I have just retested this with the most recent patch, still doesn't work.

Well at least there is nothing surprising - that how it always was with ES2 development - new patch fixes some bugs and adds a new ones. 

There is also a bright side to this - the participants of this forum always have something to talk about, thus the forum remains lively.
