2nd Subsidiary not picked up by trade HQ

I created a 2nd HQ (all goes normally)...  However then I go to create a second subsidiary then it simply doesn't show.  If I delete the first subsidiary then the one I just built shows up...  But when I try to rebuilt the one I destroyed then it also doesn't get picked up.  So I end up with 2 HQ and only 1 Subsidiary even tho the trade screen does show the 2 Subsidiaries and I can select and see them.

Also, for some reason my 3d HQ can only see 1 Subsidiary and the first 2 only see 2 Subsidiary when I have 3 Subsidiaries set...

FYI : This bug was there before latest patch. I reported that bug (along with the now defunc Rifter's infitnite singularity bug in my previous (closed) post... )

If anybody will deside to help you, they will need your gamesave  and Diagnostics-xxxxxxxxx.html file. at least.

Found something interesting.  Apparently there is a pathing error in the trade route.  Manage to make everything work by switching subsidiaries  : 



Pic 1 : I avoid using Perseus and Hydrus as subsidiaries and everything works

Pic 2 : I have Perseus as a subsidiaries and there are no trade routes to it

Found out what was going on :

- Apparently if you have a close borders agreement with a faction then any subsidiaries on a direct route (aka not through a wormhole) will male that subsidiaries simply disapears like it never existed.  You could even get the 'no direct route, plz research wormhole tech' (even if you already did!) if all of your subsidiaries exists on a direct route from a close borders faction.

What is very confusing is that if, however you are going through that faction (that you have closed borders with) and going wormhole to wormhole then everything works fine !
