Summary / Title: Less of a bug, more of an oversight, but the effects for Unstable Isotope Machining and Plasma Focusing appear to be swapped.
Description: Strangely, the descriptions of these researches, and the actual effects they have, dont even remotely match up. They appear to have been swapped at some point. Unstable Isotope machining talks about high mass materials, but its the research for energy technology, while plasma focusing talks specifically about energy beams, but its research is about kinetic enhancement.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Look at descriptions 2. Be confused.
