Hello, I am having this problem and so are other uses, but the thread seems to be in the wrong section. 

People have given much more information than I can provide in this thread:

Basically, I managed to launch the game a first time this Tuesday when I bought the game. Since then, like other players, I am unable to launch the game: I get the SEGA logo, some music then the screen freezes and red lines appear and my computer finally crashes. I have to manually turn it back on afterwards.

This issue has been going on for some months it seems, and is certainly driving away new players such as me.

Please answer this thread or the original thread if you have a hot fix :)
