Hello all,

Just wanted to report a suspected bug in the Win 10 version of the game, run through the Xbox app. I have had no problems with the game so far and have played extensively through steam. Anyway onto the bug.

I am unable to entwine systems of other unfallen civilisations I am at peace with. The tooltip says that I am unable to entwine enemy systems, but I am at peace with them. Not a forced peace either, and I've tried with forced peace and when in an alliance as well.

I suspect it's due to the other civs being unfallen but am interested to know if anyone else has come across this bug.
