Hi I'd like some help with a strange bug that I've seen other suffer from. It's a freeze upon where doing specific actions freezes the game video but the game continues in background. This actions are:

1) Creating custom faction

2) Entering marketplace

3) Entering quests

4) Looking inside a system when a hero is attached to it (If in scan mode it works fine but leaving scan mode while looking inside a system with a hero will crash)

5) clicking on construction complete tab (note all other tabs like empty queues or hero levels work perfectly)

Let's get the "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" lines out of the way first.

* Have you tried restarting your computer? Yes, I seriously just asked that. Humor me.

* Have you tried verifying the game cache? From your Steam library, right-click "Endless Space 2" hit Properties>Local Files>Verify Integrity of Game Files...

Doing this will cause Steam to compare the files on your PC with those in their depot; if there's a mismatch, Steam will redownload the failed files. This will revert any "hard" mods (like the unofficial patch), and might revert custom settings, but saves, custom races, and workshop mods will be unaffected.

* Barring that, have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game? By completely, I mean deleting all associated folders after Steam finishes the uninstall to ensure no conflicting files remain during the reinstall.

* Do you have any mods installed? If yes, are they hard (manual installs, overwriting core files such as the unofficial patch), soft (workshop mods, or otherwise mods that do not overwrite core files), or both? I'm not fluent in ES2 logs like I am Starbound logs, so please forgive me if that information is in the log and I'm just blind.

And this is just a hunch based on a discrepancy I can see in the log:

* Have you ever moved the install directory of the game manually (as in, drag and drop)?

You should better report in tech support area, offering the requested files asked for over there.

As for azure questions, I will try them but this has plagued me for a couple weeks (New to this game) so I unsure if they may work. As for Groo I will do that action too. I don't mess with games files much in case it breaks the game so seeing the game broken at the start worries me. Still enjoyable but annoying to miss features

Sadly none of these worked (And I accidentally forgot to try and finish my industrial Horatio game, whoops)

If you've re-verified and/or clean installed, let's see a new diagnostic log.

Also, you didn't answer the two questions in the list. While your at it, please include full PC specs.

Ah right sorry, to those questions are no mods and no I haven't touched the files. I got this game about 24th so I don't wanna mess with anything involving files. Restarting has not worked at all. Specs are:

Processor: Intel(R) core(TM) i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHZ

RAM: 12GB

Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000

DirectX 11

Device ID: 9EFC5606-D8EC-4579-915C-0FC0CE8B6802

Product ID: 00327-70000-00001-AA131

System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I would like to mention that although they are bad, I've seen posts from people that have better if not pcs matching the required specs on steam having this problem

All but one of my diagnostics, which is my latest vodyani game where I'm avoiding the broken things.

Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000...As long as I can see you need at least an Intel HD 4000, for to make the game run. Perhaps you can make it run, if you update your graphics drivers from intel support. You still didn't deliver the files requested in tech support area... the place you should have posted, instead of bug area...
