Description

When I click on the diplomatic relations window, the game stops, does not respond to clicks. Only the music remains.

As workaround you could try to:

a) Right click on Endless Space 2 in Steam game list
b) choose Properties
c) click launch options and enter command:

-compat

d) (re-)start game
