I'm not sure if this bug have been already report.

I did no particular action. But I could try to explain some of my last actions if you ask for it.

I got a pending turn without notification waiting in a solo game. I was able to repoduce it when I reload my game :

When you get the turn pending bug, make sure to dismiss any combat notifications you have on your side bar. For me in my game that was the solution

As you can see on the screen, there is no more notifications. And I didn't get any combat this turn.

When I try to load a previous autosave game, I got the same issue at the same turn. I guess it comes from a hacking maybe, don't know.
