• Description:got the quest "sins of the swarm" (in German: "Sünden des Schwarms"). I got the quest when I already had a war ship with more than the required 12586 attack power. Meanwhile with more than 100 turns lather the quest is still active.

If I'm not mistaken, you have to reach a certain system with your fleet/ship. A button close to quest description should show the system (similar to all location-bound quests).
