• Notes: Had to zip the diagnostics file to be able to upload. Logs end in 13:16:09 after which next line is in 13:22:12 when I press quit game.

As a workaround and if anyone ever stumbles here, I am able to save game while in the pending loop. After loading that save game and pressing end turn button, I can continue playing the next turn. I may need to do this trick on many turns afterwards, but at least I'm able to play! 

Thanks to the bug creation gods for however the bug turned out to be this way!
