The entirety of the Dark Matter localization exists in two files simultaneously, ES2_Localization_Update8_MinorQuestDLC_Locales.xml and ES2_Localization_Updates_Locales.xml. The duplicates that exist within ES2_Localization_Update8_MinorQuestDLC_Locales.xml are all junk that say "[TBD]", and can be deleted.


Please fix this it adds like 2000 lines into the diagnostic file.
