Did play vanilla game all ever offered content activated (for to test my german language mod, only). As long as my mod won't change any game mechanics, I'm sure it's not responsible for this bug.

I did receive the deed "Invader of Worlds", but I didn't conquer 7 systems at that point of game. Instead one of my systems was conquered, what did trigger the deed... for me.

Not sure if this one is an old bug from before last two patches, but I could imagine it's not.
