So I am no longer able to join a friend's game he can join mine just fine but whenever we launch it counts down and hangs for me a 1 and never goes to the loading screen while they are stuck waiting for me to load. I just bought them the Symbiosis DLC. We played one game with some issues such as me not seeing my units in combat and freezing if I looked at my hero, and in one time of lag it let me get -4 skill points. I tried to verify my game but nothing was wrong. If it was my game it seems odd that it works one way if it was his game we have tried to verified his and with no DLCs turned on so not certain what more we can do to fix this.

so no one has any solutions no community managers asking for more details or system specs? Am I to take it as a "fuck off we got your money"? It has been almost 3 weeks with no replies no solutions and no comments or does the company not check their own forums to try to fix their game?

1. As long as you write about buying Symbiosis DLC for your friends, I'd guess you write about trouble with Endless Legend? Just asking, because this is Endless Space 2 area in official forum... so I answer in reference to Endless Legend, for now.

2. Endless Legend was released 7 years ago (Endless Space II 4 years ago), do you really expect Amplitude to offer ongoing bug support this case? Amplitude is busy with work on Humankind, these days (release: 17.08.2021).

3. Did you ever try the possible fixes posted this thread? -> [Read first] Common issues, guides and solutions

    In case you did, post what you tried, yet.

4. For tech support (Reporting an issue) and bug reports (Reporting an issue) you find a "how-to-do" guide (linked threads), for to allow other community members to help you to fix the issue you describe. As you can see in these guides, you didn't offer useful information, yet. So nearly impossible to help you. Did you ever try to search (search box is up here at the middle bottom).

By the way, in case of Endless Legend I'd strongly recommend to install ELCP (Endless Legend Community Patch) - warning: in multiplayer games each player you want to play with needs to have it, too. It fixes a lot of bugs and adds a lot of additional game options.
