Vodyani is a bit broken and suffer in the game :'c If your system beeing hacked, or a hacking route to your system u cant even detatch the ark. I figured this out when i had a systemdestroying superweapon heading my way :c Also Vodyani cant take over the Academys homesystem with the Nakalim dlc. Nor can it repair destroyed planets or terraform. Ripperoni.
