• Description: After buying Prospector's Touch, Dmitri Lanko does not grant +2 for each strategic resource deposit in the system he is governing. Playing as UE-> Sheredyn.
• Steps to Reproduce: Get a Dmitri to Prospector's Touch. Stick him in a system with a strat deposit.
• Reproducibility: I have only the one Dimitri to test
• Expected Behavior: +2 bonus for each strategic deposit in governed system
• Version: v1.5.48 S5 Gold-Public
• Notes: I observed the following: Dimitri in a system with a single 1 adamantian raised it to 2. Dimitri in a system with 3 deposits raised as follows:
• 1.5 Titanium -> 2
• 2 Hyperium-> 2.5
• 1.5 Hyperium-> 2

I could imagine the effect is bound to chosen game speed. On normal game speed I'd expect the effect to work as intended.
