Description: The code for Beachhead Bylaw checks AffinityGameplayTimeLords instead of AffinityMappingTimelords, resulting in food production for outposts that need industry or industry for outposts needing food if you're playing non-Continuum Sculptors Riftborn, or non-Riftborn Continuum Sculptors, respectively. I didn't check all affinity combinations, and there's code in there for several other gameplay affinities, which might complicate things with those affinities. Possibly they should all be mapping affinities.

Steps to Reproduce: Create a custom faction with Visual Affinity Riftborn and Gameplay Affinity Omniscience. Check the description of Beachhead Bylaw - it'll increase outpost food production. Colonize an outpost - it'll require industry.

Expected Behavior: Beachhead Bylaw should speed up outpost creation.
