• Summary: When I receive diplomatic offers, the area where I would either accept or decline the offer is blank
• Platform: Steam. Playing on a Microsoft Surface Pro 6.
• Description: The accept/reject offer area in diplomatic offers is empty >80% of the time for me, even across different save files. I've tried reloading the save or going back a few turns, nothing fixes it. This happens with alliance offers, tribute demands, etc.
• Steps to Reproduce: I honestly have no idea, I'm not sure what could be causing this.
• Reproducibility: 1/5. For me it happens almost every time I receive an offer, but I'm not sure how to make it show for others.
• Expected Behavior: Two options should appear to either accept or reject the offer.
• Version: V1.5.48 S5 GOLD-Public
• Not quite sure what to do here, I've searched for a solution and come up with nothing, but it's making the game fairly unplayable at this point.

Not an offer, just a statement of intent/Mood. So nothing to Accept/Refuse.

These diplomatic interactions are used by the AI to tell you what they are thinking. Like when they are thinking about declaring War. That way things are less of a surprise, and it doesn't feel completely arbitrary when you get declared on.
