The Diplomacy overview (f8) shows a faulty icon and description when selecting a rival faction with whom one is at Cold War: The third icon of the three says "ATTACK SYSTEMS: You can attack this empire's systems". This is incorrect and should be displayed only when the status of the relationship is "war", not "cold war", as you cannot attack their systems during Cold War.  

I'm not sure, does it even make sense to report bugs anymore? Is anyone from the developers going to read the forums anymore if the game is no longer "in development"? Does that mean there will be no more patches?

I read the bug reports so I can fix them in my mod hahaha

Hey so that means no more patches?

And which mod do you mean ? ESG? I have not tried that yet as I'm still quite the newb.
