Its my second game, and again i cannot play to the end. I love game, but if i cannot finish it everytime i play, then WTF.

My first game stopped on pending turn bug i think. I try to make war to everyone etc. nothing worked. Here is save with it.(i don'r remeber, it freezes i think in 89 turn -> 90 turn)

So i said to myself. No problem, lets try to play again. But here everytime i got news about bigger alliance and met new civ i can click everywhere, but i cannot do anything (after i get info about this alliance. At the begging of this turn i can do everything)
