All I get whenever loading or starting a game is "The game has failed to start. If this occurs again, please go to the Game2Gether forum to report a bug. Include your diagnostic file..."

I have no diagnostic file available, I have deleted all of the saves and disabled mods, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game.  I would really hate to try getting a refund for this game since I have been binge playing it.
