Bug description: the terraforming tooltip in the bottom left does not display the FIDS changes. It does display the changes in Population and Approval. See attached screenshot. As far as I can tell, the FIDS yield changes after the terraforming is done.

Expected Behavior: Display the yield changes (in the case of screenshot should be +3F -5I -1D +2S unless planet yields have changed)

Version: patchpreview with latest  Academy Overhaul; it seems this bug was introduced in the latest patch update
