So after a few years away, I recently picked up the game again.

It seems the original problem that drove me away from the game is back again. DLC don't activate consistently, with a bias towards not at all. 


After a few games, one DLC will stop working, then all of them. I can load games that use DLC factions, such as the Vaulters, but that's about it.

Reinstalling, restarting and what have you will sometimes bring them back, but more often than not I have no option to re-activate them, despite being told I own them by the store.

I also have the same problem with my steam copy. Windows 10.
