  • Summary: Once allied with the Academy I still can't repair or upgrade my ships in Academy systems.
  • Platform: Steam
  • OS: Linux (Ubuntu)
  • Description: As Nakalim faction, I became allied with the Academy but I am unable to perform repairs or upgrades in their systems.
  • Steps to Reproduce: Choose the Nakalim faction, become allied with the Academy, move a damaged or obsolete fleet in an Academy system, and try to repair or upgrade the ships in your fleet.
  • Reproducibility: 5/5
  • Expected Behavior: As allied with the Academy, I should be able to perform repairs or upgrades in a system controlled by the Academy.
  • Version: 1.5.58 S5 GOLD-Public
  • Notes: I didn't try to reproduce this bug with another faction, but I did move a fleet to another allied faction (Sophon) and was able to repair and upgrade my fleet.

I noticed the same issue as Hissho. Was hoping to repair/modify my behemoth in academy territory as an ally but was unable to. Also, the academy would attack fleets in orbit of Harrow even is allied. Finally, the status in the academy diplomacy screen wouldn't update until I made a transaction. eg. if I had 100 status with teh academy, it would read neutral until I made a purchase such as requesting a fleet.
