Hi,

I've been having issues recently after coming back to this game with my friends where, essentially, none of the saves work.  One of my friends consistently gets turned into Sophons when loading a save, along with an AI, when they were previously any other empire (i.e. they get turned from Nakalim into Sophons, or Umbral Choir to Sophons, etc).

We have not found any suggestions for what to do on this, so we haven't been able to try much of anything beyond verifying integrity of game files with Steam.

Are your saves from previous version of the game? Can you upload your diagnostics (Documents/Endless Space 2/ Temporary Files)
