1. The Bug
    1. I've declared war on the Academy. I've attacked their fleets and invaded their systems. After a few turns, when I attempt to invade an Academy system, I get the message box below, stating my relations with the Academy prevent me from invading. In this same turn I was able to attack an Academy fleet with no issues.
    2. When I go to the Academy screen, it shows me neutral with the academy even though I declared war on them. I have the option to Cease Fire. Image below.
  2. Reproduce:
    1. I do not know how to reproduce this bug, but I've experienced it in 2 games. One, I was playing with Hissho, the other Craver.
    2. Academy Difficulty set to normal.
  3. Work around:
    1. Declare Cease Fire and re-declare ware.
