• Summary / Title: Abandoning slumbering ruins can generate infinite relics

• Description: Settling a system with slumbering ruins generates 3 relics. If you abandon the system with vacate system from the impactless sites tech, you can then resettle it and generate 3 more relics. You can do this infinitely. It also restarts the "awakening from slumber buff."
• Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start a game as the Nakalim or a custom empire with the slumbering ruins ability. 2. Acquire the Impactless Sites technology. 3. Settle a slumbering ruins with the "awaken" action on a local fleet. 4. Note you have gained three relics. 5. Abandon the system with the "vacate system" improvement. 6. Resettle the system with the "awaken" action next turn. 7. Note you have gained three relics.
• Expected Behavior: Settling the same slumbering ruins should not generate relics multiple times.
• Version: Re-awakening patch

Also, this happens after you abandon the system and the game crashes. I couldn't quite figure out what exactly was causing things to crash, but it definitely seemed related. I had academy settling set to low if that makes a difference.
