I just noticed that the empire relic slot (the one that changes based on political parties) is having no effect.

Right now it appears to have no effect on Scientist and Religious parties, but I assume it's bugged on all of them.

Is it just the economic effect? I think the scope changed at some point, so likely its just that the economic one's paths are incorrect

I think they are working now? I can't check scientist anymore, but it looks like religious and military appear to be working again. Dunno what happened.

Ok, did some more testing.

The science one doesn't appear to work at all.


The retrofit on military stopped working again after an election (cost reduction still worked). I saved, and restarted, and then worked. So the issues with some of the other effects appear to be related to elections somehow. It didn't affect the science one though.
