Primarily an MP player of this game and these issues make the game nigh unplayable. Tried playing out a session with the desync symbol red and it got to a point where all the turns froze and no one could do anything not even save.

Common issues include:
 - Desync on pirate base spawn

 - Various hacking related desyncs (Game was bit more stable after disabling Penumbra)

 - Academy related desyncs (Same as last)

Can provide every single dump file across many saves if needed.

Pretty sure they want all the reports, diagnostics, and saves related to various scenarios that could be provided, so I'd say drop in everything that you have.
