Re-awakening update, Vaulters, turn 257

Unable to send fleets anywhere or add anything to the building queue. If you end the turn it gets stuck with Pending status.

Academy quest was well underway with only two systems left to defend. For whatever reason I am undable to attach the save file.

Can you upload a save and your diagnostics?
