2. Bug description

[Context] With the Re-Awakening update, the Academy Diplomacy was added that contains an option to sacrifice relation points to request a system. Upon hitting "Request System", the player enters a "select target" mode, in which he can LeftClick a system to obtain it or RightClick to cancel the process.

[Bug] In Multiplayer, if player#2 chooses "Request System", player#2 enters target selection but is unable to select a target. Player#2 can cancel this mode to get the default interface back. Additionally, player#1 also enters target selection and can choose a system. The system chosen is transferred to player#1, while the cost is reducted from player#2's relation.

This describes our initial encounter with the bug. After further testing with different nations in that save, it seems the ability to choose a system in target selection varies: In our save, with Riftborn and Lumeris as players neither could choose a system, with Umbral Choir and Lumeris both could choose a system. However both players always enter target selection.
