​​If you change the corresponding design and upgrade the ship immediately after building it in the system, then this and all subsequent buildings in the system will no longer be displayed in the building completion notification window.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Build a ship in a system.

2) Do not close the notification about completed builds (collapse it if it is set to show in expanded mode).

3) Change the design of the newly built ship.

4) Perform upgrade of the ship.

5) Expand the notification about completed builds: you will see that the built ship has disappeared from the list.

6) Perform any other build in the system: you will see that although the notification about the completed builds appears, it does not list any information about the build completed in the affected system.
