Description

When you select the option to bring a system under your control to secure the Tabernacle, in my last 7 different games i have found that the system spawns unlinked from the galaxy, and cannot be "discovered", no matter what tech level you are at.

Furthermore, i have tested with earth foams,  casmir effect, and mega oceanography,  a random event reward to give "all hidden systems", probes, ship vision, colony vision, influence radius, it still cannot be "discovered".

i have also tried doing the option on the quest to just explore it with a level 5 hero, and again the system is not able to be discovered in any way.

all paths of the quest lead into this system (understandably) so vodyanis storyline is in no way possible to progress

1. Just do the quest - no matter what i've done it's been undiscoverable.

The system should be discoverable by conventional means, probes, ship vision, etc.

I can corroborate.  The file "Game C Vodyani.zip" at http://es2bugs.gm_pax.pax.email/ is a save I have, where this has occurred.  The quest marker is well within the footprint of a nearby fleet's scanner radius.  I can run over that quest marker with probes "until the cows come home".  But it never gets discovered, so I can't actually send a ship there.  This save is in version 0.1.19 S0 ALPHA-Public.
