Hero Ships reset on Load.

Description

When loading a saved game, all Hero Ships get their loadout reset to their basic configuration (basic white modules, optional module slots empty). Any resources spent on upgrading the Hero Ship are lost.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade a Hero Ship. Any Hero Ship.

2. Save a game after upgrading a Hero Ship.

3. Load a game. The Hero Ship will have lost all the upgrades it had prior to the save, regardless of its location (in Academy, Planetary Governor, or on Fleet).

Expected Behavior

The Hero Ship should retain any upgrades applied to it after Loading a game where it was upgraded prior to Saving.
