Because it is slightly different compared to the other "problems on game launch", I chose to add a new thread. 

After the game finish loading, the music of the menu starts playing, and I can hear the sound of when I pass the cursor on the icons of the menu, but the picture is frozen (idem when I use the spacebar : the sound is here, but no change in the picture). 

+ When I click on what corresponds to the new game icon, the game freeze entirely.

Have you tried verifying the game files?

Right-click on the game in the Steam Library

Select Property from the right-click menu

Go to the Local Files tab of the Properties window

Click Verify Integrity of Game Files

It is strange : when doing so, steam always says that a file is lacking and so will be downloaded (around 2.9 kB), but nothing changes and (so I added some documents about the crashes) doing a verification of the files ends in showing the same lacking file.

I'll reinstall the game.

After reinstallation, the file is still missing (2.9 kB), and the problem hasn't disappeared...

I'll wait for the patch...
