I don't know if you need to unlock a new tech or something but it seems to me like the option to sell items in the marketplace is behind the buying option...

I simply researched the marketplace tech and when I went to sell my excess titanium it looks like the buying option was covering it.

also it seems some of your text is overlapping as well as the dust inflation overlapping the singularities.

Have you tried changing your User Interface Size option in the UI settings?

What resolution are you running?

I'm having this exact same issue. My game is running fullscreen, my resolution is 1366x768. User interface size is set to adaptive. Setting UI size to SD 1280x720 fixed the issue for me.

Exactly the same story with me.

EDIT: To clarify: I run on a different resolution, but once I set the resolution by hand, everything was fine.
