I also would like to point that Industrialists law "New Colony" doesn't have a description, other than piece of code. It seems that it's not working, if a remember correctly it supposed to increase approval rating after you colonise new system? (I may be wrong)

Indeed, it's broken for the Riftborn both on your save and on a clean game with our latest internal changes. I'll see about a fix for that soon

Hi WeaponizedCaffeine, checked with my saves, I can confirm it only occurred to Riftborn, not other races. Tried to switch UE main party from industrialist to ecologist, and the forced law worked as intended for UE's case, but not for Riftborn.
