Buyout makes improvement stuck

Description

In some cases when I buyout some improvements in the newly aquaired systems, they get stuck. It indicates 1 turn in the queue, but on the galaxy map it's just empty ( "-" symbol).  And some of them can't be canceled, I can drag them across the queue, they just sticks to the place, like in the middle, or bottom evene if there is nothing in between. If you'll try save-load - you will get an endless (neat C:) loading screen. Save-Exit-Load, however, will help

2. It won't end in 1 turn, and any other amount of turns

3. Try to cancel it

Hi there,

I've managed to reproduce this issue in an inconsistent manner, that is. I think it is more likely to occur when planet colonization are part of the queue you're buying out; I could be mistaken, though.

A workaround I found was to save the game, go back to the main menu, load the save and then, the glitched improvements could be de-queued.

I'll pass it on to the team: it is one annoying bug for sure! 

I've got the same issue.  Except, it's every planet i own.  Some are terraforming, some aren't.  When i do click to the next turn the same construction shows being finished and it's the same two items on my main planet.  I've saved and reloaded and it lets me finally take the items out of the que, but still nothing after i end turn.  In fact the items pop back up.
