Hi Devs

Just a few bugs I've noticed so far in Update 3

Music Stopping

When you meet a new AI, if you bring up the pop up notification, this kills the music for the rest of the game. There is still sound from everything else, including the ambient sound, but all background music tracks cease playing and never start again. There may be other triggers, but so far I've only noticed it when you meet a new AI. You can get the music back by loading up again from the main menu, but not straight from the game.

Steps to reproduce: Start a game, have auto-popup notification for meeting new empires disabled, meet a new empire, click the notification manually for the popup.

Expected behaviour: Music should continue after the popup ends.

Reproducibility: I messed around with some sound settings, and with the empire popups in a couple of different saves. The same thing happens. Reloading from menu also solves the problem every time. 5/5

Hardship Ready

If you switch to ecologists as the dominant party either from anarchy, or a different dominant party, and gain Hardship Ready as the forced law, it doesn't work. All telluric planets remain uncolonisable. The force law works if you start out as ecologist (i.e. Horatio), but even then, if you switch out and back in again, the force law fails to come into effect even though it is technically activated.

Steps to reproduce: Easiest way to do it - Play Horatio, first election cycle change ideology (doesn't matter which one) from ecologist, next election cycle change ideology back to ecologist.

Expected behaviour: Hardship Ready should allow for colonisation of all telluric planets.

Reproducibility: Noticed it happened originally with Riftborn, so I checked it in a different save with Horatio. Same result. Tried reloading the save, and made no difference. 5/5

Gene Splicing

Gene splicing effects no longer turn up on the Horatio population screen, nor on the system UI. The splicing effects still work (or at least, I'm pretty sure they do - can be hard to tell with all the modifiers) but there is no indicator anymore in either screen. I assume this is unintended.

Steps to reproduce: Splice Z'vali genes asap, go to population screen, note no change, go to system screen and hover over Horatio population, note no change.

Expected behaviour: Gene splicing should provide information of the effects under population screen and on the system screen.

Reproducibility: Reloaded and tried different saves. The result was the same for each one. 5/5

EDIT: I've added steps to reproduce.
EDIT 2: Added reproducibility score.

I can post a save if you need it.
