the game locks up while trying to load my latest savegame and the autosaves for the last 5 turns, a save i made 10 turns ago works.

The game locks up at the "launching game" part of the loading screen.

Yeah saved games don't load properly.  I've encountered that old battle hang where the fight never resolves so I've tried to load old saves.  It never works unless I close and restart the entire application and then it only works sometimes.  Playing as the new faction and my last 3 saves, 2 auto and one manual, just stall out on the load screen.

Ok, same problem here, impossible to load anything. Thats quite annoying in this type of game.
