1680x1050 resolution and galaxy options in "new game" inaccessible.

Description

When the resolution is set to 1680x1050, the "Galaxy" options in the "New Game" screen appears below the "Session" options, rendering it inaccessible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Resolution to 1680x1050

2. open the "New Game" menu

I too have this issue.  My resolution is 1920x1080, I am in Windowed Mode.  100% reproducible.  I was able to get a work-around using Full-Screen.
