Look at my screen shot and pls explain how can I get out of those five star systems? :D

The earliest way would be with the Science and Exploration tech 'Baryonic Shielding' in Era 2. This gives your ships 'free movement', as long as they can see their destination. The journey will be slow, but can be upgraded to be faster, and ships with higher movement will get there faster still.

Later in Era 4, you will unlock 'wormholes' with the 'Applied Casimir Effect'. Those are essentially starlanes that consume all movement, but takes you to another star system. From your screen shot, I assume a wormhole will reveal itself between Viacherus and the black hole system the probe is next to.

Being 'cut off' is actually the norm.
