Ops ship gets added to your ship designs.

If the computer builds one of these ships, it is indestructible.  Which results in endless battles and is eventually game breaking.

Reproducibility

2/2 - Saw this in two games.  Its a game breaking bug when the AI adds one to a rebel fleet.
